CANADA’S MAGINDUSTRIES Corp announced that it hasfully approved the conversion of a $50 million loan fromEvergreen Resources Holdings Inc into common shares ofMagIndustries. The conversion would result in Evergreen’sstake increasing from 77% to 86%. At the Special Meetingof Shareholders on October 25, the disinterestedshareholders of MagIndustries approved the conversionfeature. The company has received notification from theToronto Stock Exchange that it has approved the move.
