MagIndustries secures more funds for Kouilou

CANADA'S MAGINDUSTRIES has lined up a $100m financing deal for its subsidiary MagMinerals, which is working to establish a 580,000t/y KCl stand-alone single train potash plant at Kouilou in the West African Republic of Congo. The plant, to be located 16km east of the Atlantic port city of Pointe-Noire, will be based on carnallite resources within the Makola licence area held by MagIndustries.
