ICL completes acquisition of Biogema

ISRAEL CHEMICALS Ltd. (ICL) said on 21 January its ICL Performance Products segment has completed the acquisition of Biogema, a French manufacturer of fire safety products, a deal first announced in November last year (FW Online, 16 November 2007). The French company based at Aix-en-Province produces and sells wildfire retardants and fire foams for extinguishing fires. The financial details of the deal have not been disclosed.
