Profertil secures DAP and MAP below $480/mt CFR Argentina

In Argentina, Profertil has managed to secure DAP and MAP below $480/mt CFR. Profertil closed an enquiry yesterday, April 1, for 10,000 mt MAP and 4,000 mt DAP for April shipment with 2 port discharge in Argentina and 1 port Uruguay. It is heard to have booked tonnes with a trader in the upper $470s/mt CFR. The business is thought to be split between two origins, not all if any, from China. Further details are not expected to emerge until after the holiday weekend.
