China: QSL may lower price by $5-10/mt

QSL may curtail its domestic potash price by RMB 30-60/mt ($4.70-9.50/mt) FCA, according to sources. Some believe that China’s port wholesale price may turn soft, as port inventory has increased while purchases have remained limited. QSL’s potash production also remains strong but demand for the tonnes has reduced following significant price increases recently to offset the new Chinese VAT.
