Downward spiral continues in phosphates markets

Phosphates prices declined again this week with particular downward movement to Argentina, Pakistan and the US market. Most sources expect further declines are to come without significant production reductions but OCP's Jorf Lasfar 1 is set to start granulating before the end of the year and many Chinese producers continue to operate at 80% capacity.
