Strong demand from most consuming industries and steady supply means that markets in most regions are balanced. In Europe, the production problems that beset the market recently have long been resolved and supply is good. This should leave the region in a strong position to provide sulphuric acid for spot sales into Brazil, where a few enquiries are already being made and further spot demand is anticipated over the next few weeks.
