KBR to provide purifier technology for Kaltim-5

US FIRM KBR has been awarded a contract by Japan's Toyo Engineering Corporation to provide licensing and engineering services for PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur's (Pupuk Kaltim) Kaltim-5 greenfield 2,500 mt/day ammonia project located in Bontang, East Kalimantan, Indonesia. Houston-based KBR, which announced the contract award on July 26, said it will provide the licensing, basic engineering package and related services for Kaltim-5.
