Overall the international phosphates market remained snug this week. In the US, vessels continue to load for China, Australia and elsewhere PhosChem and Cargill have almost no tonnes left to participate in fresh business and, as expected, one buyer in Pakistan returned to the market with a second expected to follow shortly. However, aside from Pakistan and continuing small parcel enquiries from Mexico and elsewhere in Latin America, little new business has been confirmed this week involving US tonnage.
