Israel's ICL said production will be 10% higher than the levels achieved before this year's strike over the next three years due to the accumulation of raw material at evaporation ponds during the standoff. "The strike's impact was lower than anticipated. Total economic net benefits are expected to be at last $170 million," ICL said in its second-quarter results, citing increased competitiveness of Israeli operations.
