The Indian market remains very quiet as most major buyers have covered their cargo needs until August. These buyers also argue that prices will fall further in August, and consequently will only be tempted to return to market if prices are attractive. PPL's postponed tender for 30-35,000 mt granular sulphur will be likely issued in the first week of August and will be the next clear indicator of market sentiment.
