China: BPC announces quantity agreement for China

BPC finalised its potash supply contracts to China for the full year 2015 with three major companies. The deals are for firm volumes of 1.7 million mt of potash and include optional volumes which are yet to be announced. China imported almost 1.8 million mt of potash from BPC in 2014, yet BPC only signed around 500,000 mt as firm volumes last year in the first half of the year, with the remaining volumes likely to have gone into China as optional tonnes.
