Office of Fair Trading clears sale of J&H Bunn

THE SALE of one of the UK's largest fertilizer blenders and distributors, J&H Bunn Limited, to the US' Koch Fertilizer, a subsidiary of Koch Industries, has taken a step forward after being cleared on February 24 by the UK's Office of Fair Trading (OFT). In January, the owners of the Great Yarmouth-based J&H Bunn entered into "exclusive negotiation" with Koch Fertilizer over the sale of the company (FW Online, January 14. 2010).
