The majority of NW Europe Q3/2H contracts have been concluded within the ?90-110/mt range. Elsewhere the market remains tight as end-users are set to commence talks with key Asian suppliers, but high freight rates are keeping market conditions very tight in the region. The summer holiday period is ensuring the market is very quiet, especially in Europe.
