THE US Federal Trade Commission has accepted for public comment the consent decree agreed between Agrium and agency staff in connection with the tender offer for all of the outstanding shares of common stock of UAP Holding Corp. Agrium also can conduct an early termination of the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act (HSR).
