BPC’s production is committed up to the end of November due to strong global demand. There has been little recent sales activity as the supplier is delivering against long-term contracts and sales agreed earlier for delivery in the third quarter. In Belarus, BPC reports that flooding at a Belaruskali mine has been stabilised without major disruption to production. No impact on exports is expected. Exports from Belarus and Russia in the first half of the year were up 9% year-on-year to 5.07 million mt and output was up 3% to 5.92 million mt, according to recent industry data.
