Q3 results for CF Industries: UNITED STATES

On 4 November, CF Industries Holdings, Inc. announced Q3-2015 reported EBITDA of dollar 256 million and net earnings attributable to common stockholders of dollar 91 million, or dollar 0.39 per diluted share. These results compare to Q3-2014 EBITDA of dollar 338 million and net earnings attributable to common stockholders of dollar 131 million, or dollar 0.52 per diluted share. First nine months 2015 EBITDA was dollar 1.41 billion and net earnings attributable to common stockholders was dollar 673 million, or dollar 2.84 per diluted share, compared to EBITDA of dollar 2.21 billion and net earnings attributable to common stockholders of dollar 1.15 billion, or dollar 4.43 per diluted share, for the comparable period in 2014.
