New top appointments at Uralchem

RUSSIAN FERTILIZER group Uralchem, OJSC has appointed Dmitry Osipov, previously chief executive officer of the company, to the position of deputy chairman of the Board of Directors, the company reported Tuesday. Osipov will be now responsible for strategic issues of Uralchem's business.
