EGYPT: MOPCO elected to delay the sales tender for 25,000 mt planned for March 30. The producer had yet to announce a revised date at press time. OCI concluded a sale from the Red Sea port of Adabiya for Asia, possibly for Vietnam. The netback to the producer was indicated at $328/mt FOB, slightly below EFC's direct March 28 offer to IPL at $335/mt FOB Adabiya. That offer reflected a CFR India value some $20/mt above those concluded by IPL this week.
