摘要

The recent research work on domain structures andtheir dynamics in ferroelastic and ferroelectric crystals by white-beam synchrotron radiation topography is summarized. The real-time imaging, fine-beam Laue diffraction, and anomalous-scattering topography were carried out to the study of the domainstructures and phase transition in the ferroelastic NdP_5O_14 andLaP_5O_14, and ferroelectric KTa_(1-x)Nb_xO_3,(Ba_(0.25)Sr_(0.75))_(0.9)(K_(0.5)Na_(0.5))_(0.2)Nb_2O_6,and KTiOPO_4 crystals. Some preliminary results are presented and discussed.
