摘要

Domain structure of the bismuth layeredferroelectric SrBi_2Ta_2O_9 (SBT) ceramics has been studied byspace group analysis and transmission electron microscope (TEM)observation. The space group analysis shows that there shouldexist five types of domain walls in SBT, namely: (1) antiphaseboundary (APB); (2) 180 deg; (3) APB combined with 180 deg; (4)90 deg; (5) APB combined with 90 deg. The 90 deg domain wallhas been confirmed by TEM observation. Preliminary evidencesfor APB have also been obtained.
