A qualitative phenomenological description of Smectic-C*_(#alpha#)-Smectic-C*- Smectic-C*_(FI2)- Smectic-C*_(FI1)-Smectic-C*_A phase sequence is presented. This model is based on the assumption, that in the vicinity of SmC* the phase appear as a combination of right and left helicoids.
