摘要

Pb(Ni_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))_(0.5)(Ti_(0.7)Zr_(0.3))_(0.5)O_3(PNN-PZT) ceramic powders were pre-calcined bysolid-state reaction method. PNN-PZT piezoelectric ceramics were fabricated by tape-casting process. The effects of sintering temperature on physical and electrical proper-ties of the PNN-PZT ceramics were studied. The results show that the ceramics sinteredat 1225°C have the best overall properties, d_(33) = 780 pC/N, E_r = 6.18 x 10~3, k_p=0.6,tanδ = 0.017, P, = 26.36 μC/cm~2. Compared to the ceramics with the same compo-sition prepared by the traditional process, the properties of the ceramics prepared bytape-casting process have been improved greatly.
