摘要

Microwave dielectric properties of MgNb_2O_6 (MN) and MgTa_2O_6 (MT) ceramics were investigated as a function of sintering temperature. Qf factor of MN was not changed remarkably with sintering temperature, however, Qf factor of MT sintered at 1350 deg C was higher than that of specimens sintered at 1550 deg C, due to the phase transformation of Ta_2O_5. The dielectric constant (K) of the specimens was dependent on the dielectric polarizabilities and density. The temperature coefficient of resonant frequencies (TCF) were dependent on the distortion of oxygen octahedral and showed negative value for MN and positive value for MT, respectively.
