HSE consults on overhauled FFI procedure

The HSE has set out its plans to overhaul its Fee for Intervention (FFI) disputes procedure, launching a consultation on proposals to appoint an independent panel that would oversee appeals. According to the plans, the HSE will also disclose to dutyhold-ers the evidence and reasoning for serving notifications of contravention (NoC) if a dispute is raised.
