摘要

Some aspects of high-speed spinning of polyester textile fibres that affect the technology level and product quality are examined. It was shown that uniformity of the melt, extrusion, and cooling of the filaments are the most important process factors in modern plants. Addition of polymer dye concentrates (PDC) (MB) results in physical modification of the polyester fibres that affect the structure formation and deformation properties of POY. This makes it necessary to correct the process parameters of the fibre production process.
