摘要

A dependence that allows predicting the strength of twistless Siblon yarn was obtained.The physicomechanical indexes, which are important in developing industrial fabrics, are a key factor in the competition for the raw materials market between chemical fibres and natural fibres.The overwhelming majority of existing methods of strengthening fibres and yarn is based on compacting the fibre bundle or yarn as a result of twisting, and smoothing of the basic fibres is used in weaving for strengthening. There are now twistless methods of forming yarn from blends of natural or chemical fibres which are executed by gluing the fibres together.
