To clone or not to clone? - importance of human diversity in management system design

The author holds the view that many organizations simply "clone" or replicate their management systems based on what has worked well elsewhere,instead of embracing the diversity and complexity that makes an individual organization unique,and developing a system that is complementary to the types of employee and their culture.
