CASH grain sales have slowed from the torrid pace early in the month as farmers raised asking prices for their crops after markets moved beyond $4/ bu. for corn and $10/bu. for soybeans.At the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT), new-crop December corn topped $4.50 last week before sliding back to about $4.40 late in the week, and November soybeans peaked at $10.45 before sliding to around $10.10.
