As a result of the collaboration between the American Feed Industry Assn. (AFIA) and the European Union's Association of Specialty Feed Ingredients & Mixtures, the two organizations announced the issuance of the first FAMl-QS/Interna-tional Safe Feed/Safe Food (1-SF/SF) certificate. The I-SF/SF certification program is the affiliate program for the FAMI-QS program in the U.S.
