Since the 1990s, we have been witnessing a marked increase in complexity in organizations. But what do we mean when we speak of complexity in management? A number of constant features emerges from the various definitions given in the literature: ·a high number of variables, ·non-linear relationships between them, ·behaviour patterns that appear to be random, and ·unforeseeable reactions.
