U.S. Trials Compare Commercial Diets Fed to Juvenile Cobia

In trials with two commercial aquafeeds, juvenile cobia exhibited excellent growth and feed conversion. Although diets containing 44.5% protein have been found to optimize the growth of cobia, the fish also performed well on a diet with 42% protein. High-er-than-required lipid levels in the diets did not improve growth and may have depressed it somewhat.
