And just what do you do with the profits you're making this year? These are just some of the dilemmas facing the managing director of Super-Sol who is barely 12 years' old. A small factory that makes a variety of products for the Israeli education system, Super-Sol is managed by sixth grade pupils. The pupils' factory has been certified to ISO 9001:2000 by the Standards Institution of Israel (SII) since 2002.
