A key component of Kondinin Group's business plan is the development of business units that will enable the Group to spread its revenue base. The units include Kondinin Group Industry Training, Publishing Services and consultancy. Publishing Serviceshas been active over the past year, producing a range of publications for agribusiness, co-operative research centres and farmer groups. This month Kondinin Group Industry Training launched its national mulesing accreditation training programme, with courses to be run across southern Australian over the next six months. The Group has taken a leadership role in developing this course and now has the only registered accredited mulesing training in Australia. Consultancy work covers both technical and business subjects. Over the past year, we have researched the connectivity of National Livestock Identification System (NLIS) equipment for MLA and also a programme for the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry to assist Australia's cherry industry address the rapidly changing environment it now finds itself in.
