As the wool industry confronts widespread shearer shortages and serious health and safety issues affect conventional shearing practices, alternative wool harvesting methods such as Bioclip have become a priority. But Kondinin Group has found that some farmers who had used Bioclip abandoned the system and resumed traditional shearing practices. This article explains the Bioclip process and examines its on-farm performance.
