Two WA farmers in the one region signed up for American J&M chaser bins last year. They chose different sizes, but were both reasonably satisfied with the result. Craig Doney of Bruluc stud, Harrismith, in Western Australia did a lot of shopping around before he settled on a 24-tonne J&M chaser bin. Getting up close and personal with one at the Newdegate field days proved to be the clincher. "We had never run a chaser bin before, so we thought we would start with the 24-tonne model," Doney said.
