Over the past few months, farmers, merchants, end-users and hauliers have been involved in a series of discussions in a bid to overcome some of the sticking points that continue to plague the cereals supply chain. The key areas being examined under the HGCA's Supply Chain Partnership wefe thrown up by earlier work carried out by the Cereals Industry Forum, a 2m pound joint initiative between the Home-Grown Cereals Authority and the Food Chain Centre.
