High standards at Three Counties

The rain may have put off visitors from attending day two of the Three Counties Show in Malvern, but it certainly didn't put off the show exhibitors, with a good number of cattle, sheep and pig entries put forward. In the beef ring, it was a hard fought contest between an Aberdeen-Angus bull and a well known Limousin show cow. However, it was the bull that took the top spot for local breeder Jeremy Price of Herefordshire, with Oakchurch Diplomat. By Oakchurch Dominator and out of Oakchurch Red Delia, this was Diplomat's first outing this year. This three-year old bull was native breed champion at the Three Counties as a junior.
