In response to growing market interest on the topic, DSM hosted a seminar entitled 'Feed proteases - science into practice" on 8 May 2014 in Noordwijk, Netherlands. With a focus on the use of proteases in the feed industry, this high-level event provided an opportunity for leading experts from both industry and academia to come together and discuss the latest technical insights on the use of enzymes to optimize nutritional performance.
