The main features of this new servo-stacker are its extraordinary flexibility, a simple frame design, the reduced number of components and the low maintenance requirements. The RSS00 has done away with cumbersome cabinets full of revolving, sliding and wearing parts in front of the lehr. The motors are applied exactly where they have to perform an action; therefore the driving parts are down to a minimum.This totally new design is based on anthropomorphic robot technology. The pushbar is held by three articulated arms (A1:A3) which are mounted on a beam (B) with two side supports (S). The movement of the pushbar is the result of combining the motion of three servomotors applied in position M1, M2 and M3.
