The automatic rejection system ASDR (Autonomous Stuck and Down Ware Reject System) recognises lying or stuck objects as well as cullet, especially in addition to drum control units or older E-Timers. These objects or cullet are reliably removed from the belt prior to the occurrence of production failures, thus unburdening the machine operator who is free to pay more attention to quality assurance and system improvements.
