Sklostroj Turnov of the Czech Republic and Glass Technology International (GTI) of Germany have developed a new glass bottle forming production process called Light Production Blow & Blow (LPBB), that they describe as a return to the basics of the forming process with a new approach using the latest technology. LPBB offers many benefits for bottle manufacturers. The new technology can be applied even in glass factories where the local conditions do not meet the requirements for narrow neck press & blow (NNPB). Sklostroj and Glass Technology International believe their new process is less expensive than NNPB and has less demanding process requirements.
