Air filtration company Scheuch GmbH has recently completed a five year dedusting contract for Gulf Cement Company and has also demonstrated its commitment to its North American operations. The air filtration company Scheuch GmbH of Aurolzrminster, Austria was commissioned in 2005 by Thyssen Krupp, India to deliver a nitration plant for dedusting a new clinker kiln line with a capacity of 7500t/day, to the Gulf Cement Company in Rasal-Khaimah, UAE. A decisive factor in the decision to award the contract to Scheuch was Scheuch's plan to use 8m long filter bags in this application. This allowed for a compact design of the EMC filter and reduced the footprint for the plant to approximately a third of that required by the originally planned reverse air filter.
