New generation rotary valve for efficient feeding of secondary fuels

Secondary fuels are utilised more and more frequently in the cement industry, but they have physical properties which vary significantly from other bulk solids. For this reason plant operators need a capable and reliable feeding system. Secondary fuel feeding into pneumatic conveying units often use injector-conveyors, blowing devices or blow-through valves of all types. These systems however are only occasionally suitable for secondary fuels. For this reason, Di MATTEO, as a market-leading supplier of complete system solutions for handling of secondary fuels, developed the injector rotary valve which has been tested and proven more than 350 times. With the new third generation of the injector rotary valve, the area of application has been extended once more.
