In 2007, TopFlight Grain Co. upgraded its concrete elevator in Mon-ticello, IL (217-762-2163), with new 20-hp centrifugal aeration fans from Decatur Aeration, Decatur, IL (217-877-6543), which markets the Chicago Blower and New York Blower brands. The 3,600-rpm fans worked well, but they were very noisy and generated a lot of complaints at the elevators downtown location, especially from a McDonalds restaurant located next door.
