Tiny Milmine, IL, a collection of not much more than a dozen houses about 25 miles east of Decatur, IL, is so small that it doesn't even show up on some Illinois road maps. TopFlight Grain Co.'s latest addition to its grain elevator there, however, may be enough to make it a destination of choice, at least for producers in much of central Illinois. "We did a survey of the volumes at all of our 15 grain locations," says General Manager Scott Docherty. "We looked at where we were short on space and atplaces where we could build without being landlocked by in-town locations.
