Change is Difficult: CHANGE ISN'T EASY, BUT IT IS NECESSARY FOR A COMPANY TO GROW AND THRIVE

We are approaching the end of the calendar year and heading into the winter months. Many boards of directors and managers use these slow farming months as a time to hold board seminars and plan for the future of their companies. I commend companies who put forth this effort. Many managers do not like the company they lead to change, or maybe they don't like the feedback that occurs when change takes place. In any event, some directors force change on their farm but want the cooperative to stay the same or at least don't want to "rock the boat."
