This article is based on portions of an extensive update on regulatory issues of concern to National Grain and Feed Association (NGFA) companies that Jess McCluer delivered early in August at a Safety/Health and Grain Quality Conference sponsored by NGFA and Grain Journal magazine in Kansas City, MO.McCluer is director of safety and regulatory affairs for the association, a position he has held since 2007. He has delivered this presentation at several locations around the United States this year.
