This article is based on "Conducting A Facility Vulnerability Assessment and Implementing A Facility Security Plan," a document developed by the National Grain and Feed Association (NGFA) in 2004 to help grain warehouse operators comply with the Uniform Grain and Rice Storage Agreement (UGRSA) Contract Amendment 1. Part II of the document provides guidance for warehouse operators on complying with the UGRSA contract requirement that afacility security plan be developed and imple- mented.
