Computer simulation of thread rolling --part 2: study results

摘要

This article presents the results of a study conducted at Marquette University, undertaken to facilitate the understanding and application of computer simulation to the thread rolling process. An overview of this study was the subject of a feature article by Joseph Domblesky published in the August 1999 issue of this magazine.
